Over $70,000 was raised today during the Health Care Foundation radiothon, in support of first responder mental health programs.
The radiothon ran from 1 to 5 p.m. on VOCM, with all proceeds going to the First Responder Psychological Safety Collaborative.
The money will help provide mental health resources for police officers, Rovers Search and Rescue, paramedics, and firefighters in the province.
