The Holiday Season will look a little different this year and will be felt by our seniors and long-term care residents at Pleasant View Towers and the Caribou Memorial Veterans Pavilion, who have limited access to their families, even though these regulations are in place for everyone’s health and safety.

But Newfoundland Power decided to spread some Christmas cheer with a donation to the Health Care Foundations’ Christmas with the Residents in the amount of $2,500.  These funds will help purchase comfort items and necessities for the residents and ensure they too have a present to open on Christmas morning.

President and CEO of Newfoundland Power, Gary Murray and NF Power employees were on hand this morning to present the cheque to the CDO of the Health Care Foundation Kelly Reid.
